1.Brief introduction of silica sand
Silica sand, also known as quartz sand, is mainly composed of silica and is the main raw material for making glass.Silica sand has ordinary silica sand, refined silica sand and high-purity silica sand. Silica sand is a hard, wear-resistant, chemically stable silicate mineral. Its main mineral component is SiO2. The color of silica sand is milky white or colorless and translucent. Its hardness is 7. the particle size is between 0.02 mm and 3.35 mm, and it is insoluble in hydrogen fluoride. Acids other than acid have good chemical stability, electrical insulation and wear resistance.
