Main Property:
1. Good sphericity, smooth surface and pearly luster. Excellent toughness, impact resistance, no cracking at high speeds; very low coefficient of friction makes T2P zirconium beads wear very low on equipment.
2. The wear resistance of TZP zirconium beads is 30-50 times that of glass beads and about 5 times that of zirconium silicate beads. The density of TZP zirconium beads is higher than that of other ceramics.
3. The grinding efficiency is 6-8 times that of glass beads. It is silicon. 2-3 times of zirconia beads can increase the solid content of the material or increase the material flow rate.
